The building was built in the early 80's. Is is comprised of two towers (Bloco 1 and Bloco 2).
The entrance is protected by a fence. The doormen (most of the time there are two at the front entrance) stay in a secure cabin inside the fence. There is a ramp for access to the resident's parking and a separate access to the visitors' garage.
The apartment is located on the ninth floor (see picture shaded in yellow) above five parking floors and a playgound, so the height is equivalent to a 15th floor.
